🚚 Shipping Process

आजकल fake claims (order नहीं मिला) की समस्या को रोकने के लिए:

• हर order का OTP या signature proof लिया जाता है
• Delivery के समय photo proof / GPS tracking verify किया जाता है
• High-value orders पर call verification किया जा सकता है

👉 अगर system में “Delivered” show होता है, तो उसे valid delivery माना जाएगा।

❗ Missing / Not Received Claims

अगर customer कहता है “order नहीं मिला”:

1. हम courier से delivery proof check करेंगे
2. Customer से ID proof / address confirmation लिया जा सकता है
3. Investigation के बाद ही decision लिया जाएगा

• ₹499 से नीचे: ₹50–₹100 charge
